I have always recommended AJIO to people who are looking for growth in career and will continue to do so. Because I can’t think of another organisation that is as progressive and inclusive as AJIO. Women are given the same opportunities as men and are encouraged to step out of their comfort zones. It’s an organisation that is best compatible with my work ethics, and I can say this without a doubt because I’ve been here for six years now. I know the brand inside out. 

From managing a single team as a Category Head at Reliance Trends to managing all the buying teams as the Vice President Buying & Merchandising at AJIO, my journey here has been full of new opportunities and experiences. Every day comes with its own set of challenges.

We have to put our brains together and come up with innovative solutions to solve them. It’s never easy and neither is building a successful business that can revolutionize the marketplace. It’s the team’s determination and hard work that has enabled us to introduce a new category, onboard more brands, and partner with global labels. What’s truly remarkable about being at AJIO is that employees are allowed to explore and tap into all of their skills. There are certain skills that I’ve managed to pick up from my previous careers such as brand developing, product alignment, team-working, etc. AJIO has not only given me a chance to implement them but has also taught me to enhance them further. Here, they give a lot of importance to the all-round development of a person. Regular workshops are conducted to boost the productivity of all the employees.
